You reported graffiti all over 20th avenue and east 14th street. Please provide us with addresses for each of the buildings with graffiti. Also, please describe if the graffiti is on City infrastructure, such as the sidewalk, street light poles, traffic signs. Regarding the illegal dumping, please provide a description of the items illegally dumped at this location. For example, are there any mattresses, tires, furniture, garbage bags, clothing, etc ? Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
