I was traveling east bound on Magnolia towards the 15 freeway. I was waiting at the light at Magnolia and Rimpau. When I pulled up to that intersection on Magnolia, it was about 7:45am. I was back by the opening to turn left into the parking lot for Citibank, and I had to wait for 4 lights cycles before I was able to get through. As soon as the east bound light to go straight turned green, the next 2 lights ahead were red and the lanes were completely backed up with traffic. By the time those other 2 lights turned green, the light at Magnolia and Rimpau turned red. This had nothing to do with morning traffic getting on the freeway. I go this way a few mornings every week, and this morning it was definitely a timing issue with the street lights. Thank you.
