I have reported this issue to EMC - Pole # 170659. They have indicated that they should have the light repaired within 5 to 7 business days. At the end of that time, please let me know if the issue has or has not been resolved so that I can either close the issue or recontact EMC.

DB is there any way that you can get me a pole number off the light that is not working? I have reported both poles (see above) in the area you are referring to and EMC has addressed this twice. They feel we aren't giving them the correct pole number and without it, they can't resolve the issue. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
EMC should be working on this as well. Hopefully, they will have it repaired within the 7 business days. Please keep me updated so that I can either close the issue or recontact EMC.
