The storm drain has been clogged. Water backs up, not safe for pedestrians. Location is Northeast corner of E st NW and 9th st, next to the bus stop.

The storm drain located at the corner of 1900 Minnesota Ave SE is destroyed and full of trash. It doesn't help that the trash can is overflowing next to it. Please repair and empty the trash from the receptacle and storm drain. Thank you.
