Description

All the exterior street lights around the library (next to the curb) are turned on during daytime wasting electricity and shortening the life of all those bulbs. This is visible at 1pm. I asked the library and they said they do not control this. These are the 3-ft poles surrounding the corner of Georgia and Sacramento.
