Neighbors clear cutting their property. At 7am on Saturday. I'm more upset about 6 mature trees coming down than the noise, though.

It saddens me terribly that people do not see the value of trees. Why would someone willingly remove trees from their own properties?? There are many ecological benefits of trees, which people are ignoring. The number of trees on a person's property also increases the $$ value $$ of said property.
