6/26/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with cars parked on the sidewalk has been formally reported to Richmond Police (Request #20020848981) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Please be aware that real time reports can help to attain a more immediate inspection by dialing Police Communications at 646-5100. A report can be take at that point and a unit can be dispatch more immediately
