The vegetation/ hedgerow near 1201 Wake Forest Road blocks visibility for cars on Poplar that are trying to turn onto Wake Forest Road in either direction creating a dangerous intersection. A car pulled out of Poplar in front of me onto Wake Forest that I had to avoid hitting, while doing the speed limit.I know the reason was because she could not see my car coming. This has been reported at least 5 times via See Click Fix.
Original report of the issue: There are large shrubs on the sidewalk that severely block visibility for drivers trying to turn left (North Bound) onto Wake Forest Road from Poplar Street. It is extremely dangerous; you have to pull out into Wake Forest Rd. in order to see if traffic is coming. This has been a problem for years and hope to see this fixed.

I posted this SAME issue and the issue was Clised on Sept 2 but NOTHING has been done!!!! Posted 5 times? That's insane. I have also almost gotten in an accident here and am always transporting my children. This intersectin makes me furious. Below was the response from City of Raleigh to my report of this intersection:

The bushes are on private property. A city inspector has sent a letter to the property owner requiring them to clear the obstruction. If the issue is not resolved promptly, the inspector will follow up with the property owner. Thanks for reporting this issue.
