Kids are using this little sewer area as a skateboard park the added cement to this area. We don't want them here they skate out onto a busy street.

PWD if someone who is not a city engineer is making modifications to the storm water infrastructure it is your problem. Failing to address this may make the city liable.

Why would this be an OPD problem? If they did see kids using it, doesn't mean they are the ones who made it. Public works this is your issue, so please address it before someone gets hurt.

PW is OPD responsible for removing the cement ? I believe that would be your job.
