How long does this process take? its been like this for over a month?

Thank you for your request. Please be advised that the Public Works Agency is responsible for the maintenance of public infrastructure. Private properties are maintained by private owners. We have sent a courtesy report to CEDA CODE ENFORCEMENT where they will follow up with the property owner to deal with this graffiti issue on this private property.
