This pile was dumped here by persons employed by the owner of the large blighted lot at the end of Kathy Ellen Drive. When confronted by a neighbor who informed them "hey this is not a dump" the reply was "well it is now" Pictures were taken and this will be forwarded to Code Enforcement. The pile is growing daily.
