Description

I have observed for several months many cars (12-15) parked in a line on Coronel Ave (at the corner of Fulton Ave). The cars are parked one after another, very close together, and never change position. I don't know if they are part of an unpermitted business. It is a blight on the neighborhood and takes up street space. Please do something!
