White Ford Expedition parked for over one month by the owner of Scooter King. He is harassing the people of this neighborhood who pay property taxes and arguing with them about parking his auctioned vehicles. He's been doing this for years! Vallejo Code Enforcement you need to do something about it. It is a nuisance! Our guest or residence can't even park here.
