in New Haven CT st Frank, our young teen of underground disco NHCTuna where you smoke but not that horrible smells and drink liquor until dawn cars come and go and nobody says anything for a day and night is noticeable after-hours liquor sales and other things where the police and the nearest neighbors as this house does not say anything if streets are more fault than one who does, if I expect anyone to take matters into important .. than fewer robberies ... less crime ... because of fewer accidents and fewer youth liquor getting away from school for selling what does not sell ....
