The owner of 1513 Louisiana st keeps putting notes on my windshield saying to respect the half red curbside that its the law to not park there. Ive parked here for a few years here and never had issue until someone painted half the curb red about 2 years ago even then i would still park here and it seems to become an issue with this owner since the beginning of this year 2023. Even if i park here i dont block her drive way or the other drive way next to her house. Most of the other curbside down the street arent like that. If someone can fix this issue with the curbside to either pain it all red or change it back to the normal public access parking spot.
