Sidewalk is open? What does that even mean. Let's focus on the trash, graffiti & nuisance rentals that house 10 people to one bathroom & then we can move up to the potholes & sidewalks folks. It's called priorities.

Bushes blocking the northeast part of the 2100 block. Otherwise the sidewalks are fine. Another absentee slumlord issue. As are most issues in our formerly nice neighborhood.
