Talbot Rd S/I-405 North bound FREEWAY ENTRANCE RAMP - There are existing signs posted that the LEFT SHOULDER of the onramp is reserved for CARPOOL. But the drivers waiting to enter the ramp (at the lights) do not see visible road markings on the LEFT SHOULDER of the road designating CARPOOL ONLY. They are mistaking actual carpoolers using that shoulder lane to cut the lights. There were carpool markers a few years ago before DOT made changes to this onramp. Please designate carpool diamond markers so other drivers do not get upset and this will prevent road rage incidents as well. Also note that there are illegal drivers with NO CARPOOL using this shoulder lane to cut the lights, however.
