Descrição
This house has been vacant for months & the trees & shrubs are out of control. Someone shows up every now & then to cut the front & side grass, but that's it. We've seen rats & another neighbor saw a family of snakes a few months ago. Do we as the neighbors have any recourse for something like this??

The city does have ordinances in place for this sort of overgrown vegetation (for reference):
