Code Enforcement will investigate on Monday however, the City Code says 12 inches for grass is the maximum height.

Code Enforcemen investigated and found property was in violation of excess noxious weeds, not specifically the tall grass. Homeowner stated it would be cut shortly. Code enforcement will follow up to verify compliance.
