The absentee landlord at 644-646 Orange Street so disrespects his neighbors that he's dumped this filthy 1950s-vintage stove next to the sidewalk. Does he rationalize this by telling himself this grease-and-filth-covered wreck, missing a number of its key parts, makes an attractive addition to the block?
Would this absentee landlord, who-s an executive at Tweed-New Haven Airport, like to see this eyesore dumped in front of his place of business?

True: this is so disrespectful.
What is the absentee landlord's job at Tweed? Should Public Works contact him at his office?

The stove is a Kelvinator: ever heard of that brand? Manufacturer defunct for decades.
Wonder what the plumbing's like.

The landlord is Joseph Vegliante--lives in North Haven. His family owns a number of multi-unit properties in this neighborhood.
I'm guessing he doesn't dump appliances on his street in North Haven.
