John - thank you for this. I brought up Pike for discussion at our last delegation meeting with the Mayor. Pike acquired so much property in the 92nd, and apparently citywide. Some properties are definitely better, but there were problems with at least one property in the 92nd district (now fixed) The jury is out on the net effect of the 1,000 units citywide. Is that in ward 24 maybe? I'll check.

I emailed Public Works to let them know that I had posted about this. They called me and told me that Pike is working with them to address sidewalk problems at their properties throughout the City.

The sidewalk has not been repaired.

Pike International is one of the worst management/rental companies I have ever dealt with. Some would say your lucky its just the sidewalk. I lived in one of their buildings, paid rent on time, even had it paid a couple months ahead at one time. They kept ''fixing'' a leak until it proceeded to ruin all of my daughters shoes and clothing being kept in her closet. They say ''renters insurance''.. I say '' your negliegence''. Get out as quickly as you can. Things dont get better with them/

The broken stretches of sidewalk have been demolished and rebuilt.

I'd like to close this issue, but I can't figure out how. The "Close" button isn't in its usual location. Maybe because this issue has been acknowledged?
