Both, truck parked at curb. City has been out to assess the problem, homeowners have been notified of their responsibilities, but no fix yet. It has been months, this happens every time it rains more than 1.5". Water runoff from Sycamore to Chestnut on Mordecai Dr. is to drain at 1323 and 1325, then through runoff pipe under Cortland to gully by railroad tracks. Pipe is blocked by broken pipe/sink hole filled with gravel. A lot of the runoff water goes into the basement of 1325 every tine it rains 1.5" or more. Please help us get this fixed soon.
