Description
Runoff from some house on Marshall Street has deposited crushed stone in the Poplar Street creek and chalky debris/stone along the way. Photo shows block wall at Marshall/Mulberry where drain pipe is unloading stone into the now ponding creek, a mosquito haven.

Sorry for the delay in response. A number of See Click Fix issues have been lost in the system and we are just now recovering them.
On June 12, 2014, an erosion and sediment control inspector inspected the properties within the vicinity of 1232 Marshall St. At that time, it was observed that sediment and stone had deposited in the street which was attributed to new single family home construction. The builder was contacted via phone and inspection report and maintenance of erosion control measures is required on the construction site as well as removal of stone/sediment in the street. We will conduct follow-up inspections to ensure that compliance is met.
