On the Northeast corner of the intersection at 31st and East Broad there are two overgrown trees that are blocking the stop sign view for oncoming drivers. In the last thirty minutes I've watched on my porch 12/15 driver failed to stop because they cannot see the sign. This is a hazard to everyone driving through this intersection and needs to be fixed immediately!
