This is in reference to ticket#923990. This light is still not fixed. This is yet another example of a ticket that was closed before the job was completed; now it is 10 weeks after it was reported and the job is not completed. Way to be accountable for getting the job done ! Is it possible that if ticket#923990 was left open someone in City management would have noticed and followed up ?

I have called Georgia Power and they have indicated that the pole is up, but they are still waiting on the fixture to be delivered. He is going to give me a date when he hears from his contact and I will update you accordingly.
While I understand your frustration in this matter, I would appreciate it if you would contact me in person (678) 673-5481 if you have issues with my Staff's performance. Please remember that they have managed to address over 30 other issues that you have reported since implementing the see-click-fix system, which tells me they are getting the job done.

I have spoken with Georgia Power again. They are still waiting on the arm. Because it is a special fixture, they do not have it in stock and they had to order it from Texas. He indicted that it is scheduled to arrive in their warehouse the week of June 2nd and should be installed no later than June 13th. If it is not, just give me a call and I will contact their rep again.
