Last summer Mike a Last, Gail Burns, Beth Sabo, and the tree warden all made a visit to Colonial Blvd to discuss the poor conditions of the culvert running down the middle of the street, paving/widening the odd side of the street, and planting trees along the sides of the culvert. Residents were told paving and tree planting would begin at the end of August 2013. To date nothing has been done, and residents are extremely frustrated.
