Sharraxaadda

The west end of our street was not left with suitable on street parkingl,part of the block snow was pushed into the sidewalk or not even cleaned .Half way down the street to the east was cleaned perfectly & snow was removed & piled in the park. We would like to know why the whole street was not cleaned as such? Our city tax is extremely high , why is there such poor cleaning ?
