Tenants/ landlord have a big mean pit bull in yard, unleashed,hole in fence its just a matter of time it bites someone. The vicious dog charges fence ,growling etc even if you walk on the other side.I saw a older senior citizen run in the pizza shop. I walk my 3 grand kids and worry every time I walk by. Police, Town please take notice and dog owner leash up or get 6ft high stockade fence, thank you
