To whom it may concern, This is the third request as to what happened our street lighting at the South East corner of Cavavan Lane and Oracle. This light has been there since the development of the residence. I first sent a request to relamp the light standard only to find out the light standard,pole and luminaire are no longer there. Was it stolden, removed for repalcement etc. for NO one is responding to my requests. It has now been a couple of weeks without this luminare. When will it be replaced, repaired and reinstalled. There are quite a few resident asking about this and the absence of this luminaire. This is not a signal light and the concern is street lighting that has been removed, stolden and not replaced. Pleas provide some sort of response regarding this very important issue and a major concern of the residents of the neighborhood. If it was removed by whom, authorized, authorization by whom and when, and what date was it authorized to be removed and when was it removed.

Well construction damage

Several large potholes are caving in the entire road This is a busy intersection in the neighborhood and needs addressed sooner than later please

Construction company didn’t remove debris from roadwork done in another neighborhood. They left it on the side of the road for a few months.

Please add Overton Rd B/t Shannon Rd & N Upper Bluffs Drive to the "Paving List". Thank you.

A vendor has parked on the Orange Grove Rd shoulder in the right of way for the last two weeks. They have a big truck and canopied booth and are selling banners and t-shirts.

Cars are pulling on and off Orange Grove unexpectedly, right where it narrows from two lanes to one on westbound OG. It is a traffic hazard and vehicles aren’t supposed to be parked in the right of way, especially for this length of time.

Why haven’t they received the big orange sticker telling them to move or they’ll be cited? Please tell them to move before they cause a traffic accident.

Multiple uneven sidewalk sections in this location

Pima County is performing re-paving work in our community for the first time in 68 years. The picture uploaded is only one spot where the amount of work being completed is unacceptable. If not corrected the community will be left with ongoing issues on a road that was supposed to be brand new. Plus the current state of the road re-paving work does not resolve the pedestrian safety issues that was raised in a community petition presented to the pima county representative.

Hoarder house junk ,trash. Construction equipment, steel supply’s, several abandoned vehicles with out of state plates not moved for months.Pima county sheriffs office called several times .(nothing done) check date of truck out front on google maps parked on the street. Still there untouched not running. Oxygen tanks (several in front tard(safety hazard to area.

We are in the process of buying a house at 9900 N Shannon Rd, Tucson, AZ. Immediately adjacent to the property is an area within the Shannon Road right-of-way that has become used as an ad-hoc parking lot by residents in the nearby subdivision (see map and photo below). This unsanctioned parking lot is an attractant for theft and is an eyesore. 8-12 cars are parking here 24hrs a day, and some have not moved in the last two weeks. Can the County post no parking signs to prohibit parking in accordance with ordinance 10.40.050?

Time is of the essence for us as we have a limited time to back out from buying this house if this cannot be resolved. Can you please review and contact me as soon as possible with details of what can be done.

The overflow parking of residents of North Ranch should NOT be allowed on the dirt on Shannon rd and Ribera place. This is NOT safe to any of the houses on Ribera place. It is a safety hazard as they are parking their cars against the Linda Vista estates residents walls and are creating a nuisance behind our homes! It blocks the views looking north as we try to pull out of Ribera place ad well as the gas fumes and strangers behind our homes! They knew the HOA rules of North Ranch parking when they moved into their homes! We should not have to have shoulder the burden of their extra vehicles behind our homes nor did we agree to have a parking lot behind our homes to accommodate North Ranch residents! Please post signs and have then park in their own community! This is wrong!
