Smoke grey Honda has been left on street with expired tags for several moths with out being moved.

Couple living in car Lic#4FUV904on Kathy Ellen Drive since 1/14/2022 with 5 loud barking chihuahua dogs.Sections of Kathy Ellen Drive is being used as a public bathroom. Residents have cleaned up several times. All 5 dogs are allowed to urinate and poop daily without removal of it and it smells horrible. Dog food if left on street rodents have been sighted around spilled dog food.Dogs appear to be aggressive when residents are out to walk all 5 dogs continuously bark and lunge towards window at passerby.

Abandoned vehicle has been tagged but tag removed 1 year ago. It remains on public street inoperable, expired tags,debris and trash under and aroundvehicle.

This vehicle and several other abandon vehicles on Kathy Ellen Drive are being occupied late nights. This vehicle has a busted passenger window , driver side passenger door removed as well as other parts. This vehicle has been abandon on public street for 4 months now.

Huge pile of dumped living room furniture, dead Christmas trees and other unwanted junk. This pile of dumped junk at Kathy Ellen Dr. and Fleming Ave. This pile of dumped junk has been there January.

Dumped tires and heavily stained mattress please use caution looks like it could be blood very strong nasty odor.

Once again a recent dumping of construction materials insulation,air conditioning metal songs of other garbage.,

Smell of Raw sewage and running water coming from open exposed pipe at property with group of complexes. Pipe and sewage spill is on dirt hill area across parking lot in front of unit 128 Kathy Ellen Drive. L

Once again a dumping has been reported closed and has not been picked up due to this continued dumping is occurring of :Huge pile of home furniture,appliances, mattress, clothing, toys,cardboard boxes, three large black garbage bags filled with of items unknown and several papers. Saturday a refrigerator was added to the dump pile in addition to a large piece of furniture. We as a community can sometimes help by picking up and throwing in our garage can however we are not able to. We would like ourCity's assistance in this manner immediately due to rummaging and spreading of these items by homeless scavenging through the dumped pile. We thank you again for your help in this matter.

Once again an overnight dumping at the end of Kathy Ellen Drive. Neighborhood owners and renters went out to clean up today and have placed much of it in a garbage can and garbage bags.
Please help us by picking up what we have set in a pile because our garbage cans are already full at home. Thank you KEDNW.

Huge pile of junk and garbage dumped at the end of Kathy Ellen Drive. Cars are currently coming to this huge pile of junk rummaging through it spreading it along the entire block of Kathy Ellen Drive.
Not sure who's responsibility it is to cut down the large patch of 7ft. over grown weeds at the sidewalk dividing Kathy Ellen Drive and Admiral Callaghan Ln. The large area of 7ft. tall weeds helps to hide the dumping, the rummaging and graffiti when it's happening.
The large boulders that were put in place by the city to help stop the trucks from dumping on Kathy Ellen Drive have managed over time to be pushed apart and huge gravel piles put in the spaces so they can roll over the boulders and continue to use this space for dumping. Thank you for help in this area.

NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION PLEASE Property at 151-157 KathyEllen Drive backyard area is all dry dead brush which is a safety concern. Recently there has been two fires near this property please help with informing owner of the dry conditions in the rear of the building.

At corner of Kathy Ellen Drive and Fleming there are several large pieces of indoor house furniture dumped on side walk that you must walk around.

About 5' long aluminum shoot has been dumped in the dead grass area of unit 136 Kathy Ellen Drive.

Several years of an ongoing long stretched area of dry grass, weeds over grown and dead trees,heaps of dumped garbage, including microwave, and furniture on the hill side of several apts on Kathy Ellen Drive this is a situation that needs immediate attention because rodents have been sights recently. There has been several complaints about the lack of up keep of the apts but it seems that no one has been able to get the City of Vallejo to have property owners clean up their property on Kathy Ellen Drive.

Very tall and dry weeds in the back of apts of 151-157 Kathy Ellen Drive. This property back yard area needs immediate attention during these high winds in the fire season.
