Thank you for bringing your concern to the City of Richmond, however, the Code Enforcement Officer for your area has determined that this does not meet the definition for an open and vacant property, an accumulation of refuse, or Tall Grass or Weeds. We have however, opened this issue in Citizens Request and it will be forwarded to the demolition area coordinator for corrective action.
