This construction site has caused Talbert Street to be totally blocked at least three times this past week. Why is it that DC doesn't police construction sites over here East of the Anacostia? Could it be because Bowser is all about making the lives of her developer donors easier, and White's failure to build a true grassroots network around here in order to know what's happening? DC City Government is really about as corrupt as any I have ever encountered; and it's getting really, really old.
