Descrizione

There is a large couch, multiple wooden pallets, and now syringes which are blocking the only City sidewalk on Richmond St. An individual has used these products to construct a hazardous shack. Myself and many neighbors rely on this sidewalk as it is adjacent to a blind road corner, and many individuals are ADA and require the now-blocked sidewalk.
