Pole 1566 has been out for MONTHS and has been reported multiple times. Why can't this be fixed?

Street Light Division (Ospite)

The Street Lighting Division has the fixture being fixed in April 2012. A new work order will be issued. We apologize for the Inconvenience

I have made multiple reports since then so I am not sure why this has been held up. Pole 1567 was fixed but 1566 has not worked.

Thanks for fixing pole 1566 BUT 1567 is now not working. It goes on and off. It islocated at the corner of Lyon and bradley (2 Lyon St.)
