CB 14 and Transportation need to look at this situation as every morning there is a flurry of delivery activity at the Caton Park Nursing Home and PS 249, all while the children/students are being dropped off, many in vehicles. There is no traffic signal at Rugby and Caton also a pedestrian hazard. We have been fortunate that no one has been injured yet. Truck deliveries take anywhere from 10-45 minutes, often idling the entire time. Perhaps a modification of the on street parking regs to No Standing from 8-10 am on South side corner? Why wait until a tragedy occurs?
