Sharp tree branch stump from a branch that came down 3 weeks ago on the corner of Willow and Orange streets on th ecity-owned part of the pavement, was not trimmed off when UI stopped by the fix the electric cables.

Three is otherwise very health, a tree inspector who was walking by noted. A coat of "stuff" should also be pained over where the branch is currently, after is is handled.
