  It is not legally parked, it is blocking a portion of my driveway, it is hard enough to get in and out of my driveway with the narrow driveway and the speeders! If this car gets hit one more time, then I will be blocked in my driveway. What then? The car is inoperable and has expired tags, please explain how it is parked legally.

  The photo shows the vehicle is parked at the curb, not blocking your driveway. The dirt/rock extension of you driveway where the work truck is parked is not considered a part of your driveway. We will check on the vehicle as a possibly abandoned vehicle in the order the request was received. Thank you for your patience.
