some fool hit the bridge walls months ago. te came out same day cleaned up and put up these temporary fixtures which is nice. but they're blocking half the sidewalk. this is problematic outside the short term. when is the repair coming? (rhetorical question)

last 2? weeks they finally got to work just need to mount the lamppost.
all... apparently 311 has moved to a different app without notice. jump over to their website and grab the new one. can't share photos, but it results in prompt action
