Just curious how this ugly mass of sloppy work from various cable companies on the city's electricity pole is acceptable !!
These couple of photos I took while in a walk are between 4th and 5th street on Santa Clara. This poor appearance is all over our city! Really should be reviewed and the accountability of the various companies should be notified to clean up their act! Can some please explain this messy display?!
