This is a SCHOOL ZONE (Fairlawn Elementary) and has a City of Miami Park (West End Park). Drivers speed down 60th Avenue from Flagler to get to SW 8th Street. No speed bumps, no traffic circle, nothing to deter speeding drivers from cutting across. They also do not respect Stop signs. Not safe for kids, elderly or anyone to cross at ANY given time. All surrounding streets have traffic circles, nothing to 60th Avenue to keep kids and residents safe. -
