    The new owner of this residential lot, zoned R-1D in the SE Heights Neighborhood Association has no plans to build a home on the site anytime soon, AND plans to use the vacant lot for a "dog agility training class" that the owner is involved with. This is not a commercial property. They have also connected city water and sewer line to their shed and have a toilet installed inside of this shed, so since when are you allowed to have a portable building with a toilet and no other residentialk structure on site. Storage sheds and portable buildings like this are only allowed when they are in the yard of a residence, not when they are erected without a residence. On top of that, this is not a commercial district and the neighborhood strongly opposes whatever dog agility program they intend to operate there.

    The “p oo r elderly couple on a fixed income” have added another section of wall blocking the sidewalk as shown in the attached photo. What excuse will COA make this time to cover their ADA violation?

    Every couple of days this building starts leaking on the south side of the building on the bottom. The department puts bandaids on it but it keeps happening. Water department needs to do a permanent fix.

    At least 2 inhabited and occupied RVs have taken residency on the Northern edge of Burton Well Park for the past week. At different times I have noted the occupants pulling junk out onto the sidewalk and into the park. Other times, other RV or camper trailers have parked along side these RVs and stayed overnight. Fellow neighbors and I are concerned about neighborhood security issues posed by these individuals.

    Illegal fence built over the sidewalk. Sidewalk covered and can not be used by pedestrians forcing people to walk in the street. Fence is covering public way. Fence is in violation of of four city ordinances and a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

    There is a homeless camp behind my property "Cubesmart" in the alleyway. They are graffitiing my building and smashing out windows each night. Today there are two men abusing a women and constant screaming and yelling is going on. Please have this camp removed from my property.

    Please see attached photo of inoperable car still parked in front yard of listed address. This has been reported and in violation since 2020, but Gene Cross never followed up on the NOV!

    Front yard parking is not a permissible use in a residential zone. To resolve the front yard parking violation move the vehicle, trailer or recreational vehicle to an approved parking location such as a driveway, garage or code approved parking pad.
