    I walked two blocks to my bus stop (80 bus at North Capital and T St NW/NE) this morning. I had to walk through 2 feet of snow and walk in the street to get around 5 foot snow drifts (from the plows, presumably) just to get there. For the second time this winter, after a heavy snow I had to stand in the middle of the street to wait for the bus. There were 4 of us waiting in the street. An old man actually walked in front of the bus while it was pulling up - luckily the bus driver saw him - but there was no margin of error, and it was pure luck that no one got hurt. Why isn't it standard practice to plow the sidewalks and crosswalks of major streets (like North Capital, Rhode Island, etc.) after a snow storm? After I got off the bus at North Capital and H St, I had to walk literally 20 feet into the road to get around the snow drift the street the plows created. I feel so marginalized as a pedestrian and bus rider, and the grumblings I heard on the bus tell me I'm not alone.

    I don't know who has responsibility for it, but why is the snow and ice never cleared from the sidewalks at Union Station? Every time it snows or sleets, the walkways/sidewalks from the front of Union Station all along and in front Columbus remain untreated. The walkways are dangerous and someone needs to be held responsible for cleaning/clearing them. It is ridiculous that a major transportation hub appears to have no plan for clearing.

    Residents have shoveled much of the cul de sac but no plow has come since the snow ended. Please come!

    This street (O St NW between 16th and 17th) has a daycare which will be open tomorrow. Please plow on a priority basis as there are going to be a lot of kids and parents early tomorrow wanting to use the street for drops and pick - up.

    The Hechinger Mall have not removed the snow along the sidewalks. Earlier today I witnessed a guy with wheelchair have a difficult time to go through the sidewalk. It have to do as soon as possible.

    This board has been here for at least 18 months. It has been reported before but still nothing has been done. When it rains or snows it is extremely slippery and hazardous. Please replace.

    Exxon station at corner of Conn Ave & Porter at NW needs to be FINED for not shoveling walks. They made sure cars can get in to buy gas but no shoveling for the pedestrians!! Shameful.

    CT Ave bridge between Woodley and Dupont - both sides of sidewalk covered with thick ice/very slippery. no salt or anything placed on walkway. Very difficult to walk on without slipping, esp with stroller!
