Neighbors have confronted the renter of this property that parking of commercial vehicles is not permitted and he has responded belligerently that he can park anywhere he wants. These types of vehicles are here several nights each week. I thought this was against code to park commercial vehicles in a private drive or on the city streets overnight. The police have been called once and said they couldn't do anything.

Sometime in November 2020 a large truck ran over the storm drain in front of my house. The police was notified and installed cones for safety. Since then, no activity. The drain stays open and no repairs have been done. This is now the end of February. What can be done to get this fixed?

Hello, the charity NSpire Outreach, has once again left pink plastic bags on all the residents' mailboxes in Long Indian Creek subdivision. This charity is under investigation for being a possible scam. See the link below and in addition a report from the Gainesville, GA police department that the charity is not to be trusted.

Their plastic bags have flown off of mailboxes and are now on people's lawns. The bags give the contact information of:

    ClothingPickupATL.com 770-931-1787 from NSpire Outreach

They do this several times a year without permission.

  • 12705 Oxfordshire Court Alpharetta, Georgia - Johns Creek
Car parking in front of my home from days to week at a time, currently was towed there by a tow truck, car has flat tire and hasn't moved for the past 3 days. This has been going on for the past two years, the home for this car is located at 12705 Oxfordshire Court. I called the police and Officer Smith from the Johns Creek Police Department came out and he informed me that it is the Homeowner’s Association responsibility to correct this issue.
