    M2 Underpass is constantly filled with rocks, glass & mud due to creek overflow when it rains.
    Please schedule more frequent clean outs of the underpass. At the moment it only gets cleaned about twice a year.

    Leaking Pipe under the road surface is continuously eroding the road and leaving a large water filled pothole. Sadly, it seems that a works crew just keeps filling the hole without fixing the leak!
    At night the pothole is almost impossible to see as there is no street lighting near it.

    On road cycle lane is narow in this location due to presence of road furniture. It is full of "mulch" due to wind sweeping of rtraffic lane by cars. It presents a fall hazards for bicycles with road tyres in particular. Likelihood of an accident/ incident is probably low to moderate though I am not sure of how much it is used by cyclists. Consequence could potentially be severe beause the shoudl is narrow, vheicle speed is high and a car / bicycle interaction is possible. Action requested is maintenance of the shoulder - specifically a crew to remove, load and dispose the mulch. Cost is low.

    Vehicles are parked on the shoulder forcing cyclists into the left hand lane of the Pacific Highway, just downstream of the Bobbin Head Road lights. This is a high traffic area, therefore high risk and sever consequence of vehicle and bicycle collision. The shoulder is initially wide enough for parking and bikes, then narrows., What about restricting parking to areas that are wide enough to provide safe passage for cyclists and use some green paint to make the narrow bits as a bike land shoulder?     Sign forces cyclists into LH lane pacific highway where speeds exceed 60 k/h. This would be an unacceptable risk on the workplace and is also unacceptable for the public. It could simply be moved closer to the kerb or moved to a wider part.
    I recently reported a similar situation for a temporary works sign approaching Mt Kuringai station. Appears to be a systemic problem that should be addressed by training and audit. Excuse me for preaching but its my life and the lives of commuting and recreational cyclists that are at risk.
    And it's not like the solution is difficult or unaffordable.
