    We have a speeding problem on Terrace way. Speed limit is 30 mph. Very few people go the speed limit. We need a permanant solution. Police Officers are doing what they can, but they can not be here 24/7. They have more important issues to tend to. That I do understand. But for the last 3 years nothing as been accomplished.
    Still nothing..... as November.
