    We hired Blueagle Carpet Cleaning in Rock Hill to clean the carpets in our 2 year old new construction home.Blueagle does not steam clean, but uses an orbital hi-speed buffer to clean the carpets. Shortly after they had completed the cleaning, every carpet seam in the home began to separate. We contacted Dennis Eagle, the owner, and made him aware of the problems he began blaming it on everything but his service. His overall assessment was "we only caused what was eventually going to happen, to happen" - meaning, at some point the carpet was going to come apart at the seam - they just speed up the process. We also have him saying this on voicemail. We do have pictures taken only days before his service that show the carpet in pristine condition. Long story short, our 2 year old carpet was in excellent shape until Blueagle performed their service, we are now need in having all of it replaced. It is apparent that the buffer they used to clean the carpet tore each seam. Their website is http://www.blueagle.org/ which lists all their info. The owner is Dennis Eagle.

    Side road excess to the Hess-Wilco truck-stop has potholes big enough to swallow a small car in two locations. The rest of the road has been repaired hundreds of times. This road is almost impossible to drive across in a semi. I have contacted Hess-Wilco with no response. See if you can get this fixed for us. Thank you.

    Can someone please help in stopping the litter along hwy 21 in the Leslie area of York county? It is very disgraceful for our state and county to look this way.

    We have lived in York County for 12 years and continue to see bags of trash on route 21 around the convenience center. We also see overloaded and uncovered personal trucks and trailers coming in to the convenience center. We've see trash flying off vehicles but have never been able to get license numbers etc. I've called York county in the past but the problem continues. Please help!

    This pothole has been in the right lane turning right off the ramp to come around the bypass of Rock Hill. 10 years and still there, never fixed. My husband rides a motorcycle lots (or a vehicle) to work in Charlotte and gets off this exit each day.Hope you can help with this.

    Lesslie Highway from Firetower Road to U.S. 21 needs to be repaved. The Drive from Lesslie, South Carolina to U.S. 21 is a headache with potholes and bumps. Lesslie Highway needs to be paved "again".

    From the BP gas station all the way to 21 on Lesslie Highway the are holes all over the road! A friend of mine who works for the U.S. postal service also told me this does damage to her vehicle worse than thos driving due to many of the holes being on the side of the road. Filling these holes is not going to work, some are so bad if your driving at night it feels like you hit an actual object! This entire stretch of road needs to be repaved.
