She is concerned that she won't be able to exit her neighborhood in an emergency. No permits on file. Please call her to advise if a permit is required and to advise what can be done.

    While AT&T was installing fiber, they broke one of our underground sprinkler lines and continue to give us the round around on sending a team to repair it. It's not the sprinkler head, but the actual underground pipe. I need the city to compel them to repair it as all of the landscaping in the impacted zone is dying and I don't want to be liable for breaking their fiber if I repair it myself.

Hunter also advised that no permit was obtained prior to completing the work. Resident is concerned that the structure was installed too close to his foundation & will undermind the integrity of the foundation. Complainant has photos of the work in progress & contacted his HOA. Please call him to advise what can be done.
