    I am writing to complain about the hill behind my fence. I would like someone to come out and inspect the issue we neighbors experience due to the hill. There is poor drainage which causes excess water in my backyard and also is eroding all fences. I had a landscaping looking at my property to complete repairs and he even said it is not ideal and will continue to cause property damage. the houses should have never been built with the hill left as it is. We are not able to get trashcans behind out houses without possibility of injury. You can see in the picture the hill incline and the challenges moving an empty trash can. Something needs to be done. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Have been wondering how to get more crosswalks in spring ridge along spring ridge parkway. There are some already at small culdesacs that have 10-20 homes, but none at major crossings like Newport Dr and Spring Ridge Pkwy where there are hundreds (if not more) homes. Pedestrian crossing Spring Ridge Pkwy there (at Newport) and other roads besides the couple single family culdesac crossings seems feasible. I asked the HOA and they were to look into it (last year). I figured I should try to get the ball rolling on my own, though. Not that a crosswalk will make drivers slow down, but maybe it will help make it safer for pedestrians.

    Access for homeowners in a 2mi length of Bethel Rd. from Ford Rd. to Opossumtown Pike is BLOCKED by a road crew of 6 people. No flag persons. No LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY sign and the road crew obliviously blocking both sides of the road trying to start a gas powered line trimmer.
