    Uncontrollable cockroaches have infested our neighborhood along with rants and other creatures due to the disgusting mess at this home. They have 3 roosters that make a ton of noise 24/7 ( AC had been out but they move them before the AC apt and then bring them right back). It smells and its noisy - neighbors can't sleep due to the noise and our pest control company can't keep up with bugs coming through the fence. Owners of house do not seem to care about the renters destroying our peace of minds and neighborhood.

    In California, all vehicles registered within the state must have valid license plates on both the front and back of the car. This Jeep does not have a front license plate.

    California Vehicle Code 5201 prohibits drivers from putting any form of covering over the front of a license plate, including license plate frames that obscure the month, date, or name of the state. This Jeep is masking its year tag. The vehicle could be expired for all we know.

    License plates must also be illuminated, so as to be visible from a distance of 50 feet. I’m not sure if the Red Light from vehicle is enough. I suppose this is the most minor issue.

    Please follow up, it’s been sitting in the same spot for about a week and appears abandoned/in poor condition.

    People drive and walk up all times of the day and night buying drugs from this house/RV on the 200 block of Mcgrue. The drug operation seems to be very organized. There are cameras all over the house and RV so they are watching everyone’s movement. People walk to the right side of the RV and pay for their drugs in less than 2 minutes. It needs to stop because they are attracting homeless people to the corner. I have lived here for 40 years and that corner has never looked this bad. Not bad at all until the residents of that home/RV began to sell drugs. They have been selling drugs for almost 10 years. It needs to stop! Please do something about it.

    My kids don’t even go in the yard because of the drug buyers that come and go. I am scared they might harm my kids.

    Hey code enforcement, our neighbors reported us to you guys for having an in operative vehicle a couple months ago, as a result of their report and your investigation we were marked for having a trailer in our driveway and having visible trashcans. We have since fixed these issues but could you check our neighbors out as the violations we received they are guilty of as well. They constantly leave their cans out on the sidewalk and even have a truck with no registration that hasn't moved in months. Rules for thee but not for me.
