There is a tent at the top of the embankment on Columbus Parkway next to Highland Park

Several shipping carts full of garbage, plus a tent, futon frame and other junk

Mother turkey and her chicks are disrupting traffic

There is an RV parked in the grass between the freeway and the mobile home park that is occupied. I don't believe that they are supposed to be there.

The southbound traffic signal for Columbus Parkway at Ascot is malfunctioning. It went through several cycles while I was waiting for my direction to turn green, and it never did. I had to turn right onto Ascot and make a U-turn to be able to continue on Columbus Parkway. Also, I have noticed many times this week that it seems to be red and staying red for a longer period of time with no other traffic present.
